We want you to be satisfied with purchases made from YotoPlay. This policy explains returns, refunds, damaged items, and order changes for United States orders.
30-day return period
You may request a return within 30 days after the item is delivered. To qualify, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included components. Please provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
Starting a return
Contact us before sending an item back. If the return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label or another merchant-paid return method. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items
Inspect the order after delivery. If an item is damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you need a different eligible item, contact us. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Order cancellation or modification
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order before shipment. We will try to help, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started. A shipped order must follow the return process above.
