Where do you ship?

This store's shipping policy applies to delivery addresses within the United States.

How much is Standard Shipping?

Standard Shipping is free.

How long will my order take?

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping normally takes another 4–6 business days after shipment. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other events outside our control.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

What is the return period?

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Provide the order number or proof of purchase. Eligible returns use a prepaid label or another merchant-paid return method supplied by us.

When will I receive my refund?

After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional posting time.

What if my item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
